 3.1The main frame is welded with thick steel plate and section steel, making the main structure more firm and compact.
 3.2 The structure of the weft feeding mechanism is novel and adopts the patented wire feeding wheel drawing technology, which makes the weft feeding technology more accurate and solves the problem of no or double wire leakage each time.
 3.3 The problem that the same mesh has different mesh size can be solved by using stepping motor. The Chinese display of PLC control screen is used in the mesh drawing control system.
 3.4 The welding adopts a new type of high-efficiency welding network transformer, which has a wide range of voltage regulation and can be divided into eight levels, expanding the range of welding wire diameter.
 3.5 The welding power electronic control system adopts synchronous control technology. The welding time and sub control welding are composed of digital integrated circuit, with high control accuracy and stable performance.
