  Compared with the manual processing, the mechanical processing can reduce the input of labor cost, which is an ideal equipment for the processing of eight bar in grid arch support. The processing technology of pressing die with hydraulic jack to make the eight shaped knots form solves the problem of batch production of eight shaped knots. In this process, the return bar is bent into shape, the return bar is welded into a ring and the plane top bending of the eight bar joint are combined together. It is simple and convenient, and the processing speed is fast.
4.Structural analysis:
 4.1The standard machine frame and fuselage are of platform structure, which are welded and formed by square steel tube and arc-shaped steel plate. After stress reduction, the whole machine is processed to ensure that the equipment has sufficient strength, rigidity and stability.
 4.2According to the actual working conditions and working environment, necessary surface treatment shall be carried out for parts of the equipment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to meet the requirements of sufficient strength and surface function of parts.
4.3The round mould is an integral mould: the surface hardness of the clamping mould, guide mould, round mould, core bar head and other moulds is not less than HRC50. The replacement of various moulds is simple and convenient, and meets the requirements of pipe fitting processing technology.
