  ZLP series automatic feeding and spraying machine is a new product with independent intellectual property rights developed by our company based on engineering practice to improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity of workers and improve material utilization rate. This product is a comprehensive large-scale equipment integrating automatic spraying, automatic shifting, automatic feeding and intelligent addition of accelerator. It is a relatively advanced dry spraying and shotcreting unit in China at present, which solves the disadvantages of manual feeding in traditional shotcreting operation. The two actions of loading and shotcreting can be unified by machinery, so as to completely eliminate the physical harm of dust produced by manual mixing and loading in the past shotcreting process to the workers; the low rebound rate and good quality of shotcreting surface can greatly improve the driving speed and work efficiency, which is the necessary general machinery for shotcreting and anchoring support of tunnel engineering construction.
